1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mamak21 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by mamak21.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "Register" button, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mamak21 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be located in a region where online gambling is not specifically prohibited by local law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or representative of mamak21 or any related company.
• Not have been voluntarily or mandatorily excluded from participating in gambling platforms.
• Register with accurate and complete personal information including full name, identity card number (MyKad), and a valid mobile phone number.

mamak21 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents, including a valid copy of MyKad or passport, to verify member eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. User Account

Each individual is permitted to register and operate one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. Keeping your password and login details confidential is the member's responsibility. mamak21 will not ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other means. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our 24/7 customer service immediately.

Transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The mamak21 platform accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's name. mamak21 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks before approval, and we reserve the right to delay or reject any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Any taxes, bank service charges, or transaction fees imposed by third-party financial service providers are the member's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mamak21 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated specifically for each offer. Misuse or manipulation of promotions will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a bonus of 150% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10×) the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met. mamak21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirmation. mamak21 will not cancel confirmed bets except in the event of unusual technical circumstances on the platform's end.

For sports betting and mix parlay, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are binding. Any change in odds after bet confirmation will not affect bets that have already been locked in. mamak21 reserves the right to void a bet if there is a significant technical error in the odds display.

Bets placed on matches or events that are cancelled, postponed, or not concluded within the specified period will be returned to the member's account balance in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the mamak21 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to manipulate games or bets.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false registration information or using another person's identity.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using the platform for suspicious financial transactions.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such bugs to mamak21.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action including account freezing, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

mamak21 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Failure to meet identity verification requests within the specified period.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer service. Upon closure, any valid balance (not subject to any investigation) will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

mamak21 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be entirely free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, mamak21 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

Gambling involves financial risk. Members acknowledge that they are betting with their own money based on free and informed personal decisions. mamak21 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity.

10. Amendments to Terms

mamak21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the official mamak21 website. Members are encouraged to review this page regularly to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the Terms.

Continued use of the mamak21 platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which mamak21 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set by the relevant regulatory body.

Members acknowledge that they use this platform at their own personal risk and are responsible for ensuring that use of the mamak21 platform is lawful under the laws of the territory in which they are located.
